Performance upgrades for the 2022 INFINITI QX60

In terms of what’s under the hood, both the 2021 and 2022 models have the same specs with a 3.5-liter V6 that produces 295 horsepower, but they do not share the same transmission. Instead of a CVT, the 2022 model gets a 9-speed automatic transmission that translates to improved city efficiency (21 mpg compared to 20 mpg) and a large improvement in towing. The previous model could tow an impressive 5,000 pounds when properly equipped, but now the 2022 QX60 can tow up to 6,000 pounds when properly equipped.

What are the features of the INFINITI 2022 QX60?

In terms of feature improvements, it’s hard to point to any one thing because everything has been improved or at the very least tweaked. All your favorite features and technology return for the new model year though including a panoramic moonroof, an Intelligent Key system, all-wheel drive, forward collision warning with emergency braking, rear cross-traffic alert, adaptive cruise control, and more.

The previous generation offered a modest 8.0-inch infotainment screen, but for the 2022 model year, that screen size has been increased to 12.3 inches. This infotainment system also includes wireless Apple CarPlay, Android Auto, an available Bose sound system, and a Wi-Fi hotspot for up to 7 devices.
